Premium API Petroleum Casing

The API Petroleum Casing adheres to the API 5L standards set by the American Petroleum Institute. These standards are the benchmark for petroleum casing exports, thus the name API Petroleum Casing. Based on material composition, the main types are K55, J55, N80, and P110. Thread types include short round (STC), long round (LTC), and partial trapezoidal (BTC), among others like airtight and threaded buckles. North China dominates as the primary production base for these casings, which are available in both seamless and welded forms. Seamless pipes are generally more expensive than welded ones. The material quality of petroleum casings surpasses ordinary carbon steel pipes in mechanical properties, making them indispensable in oil drilling.
